This policy applies to all users of the HRSENSE platform, including mobile and web applications.

3. Location Permission
HRSENSE requests access to your location data for specific HR functions:
- Geofencing: To verify attendance and "Punch In/Out" actions within authorized office perimeters.

Note: Location tracking only occurs during active business hours as defined by your organization's policy.
4. Microphone Permission
Access to the microphone is requested strictly for:
- Voice Commands: Navigation within the app via accessibility features.

We do not record audio in the background or outside of explicit user-initiated actions.
5. Login Session
